The name on the door
Frank Amato built this so you would only ever need one number.
Frank spent twenty-five years in the technology and telecom industry before founding DirecTech Connect in Southern California in 2012. The idea was simple and still is: a business owner should be able to call one team for the phones, the computers, the website and the search results, and get a real person who owns the whole thing.
Amato Networks is that idea with Frank's name on it. Arizona came in 2021, Tennessee in 2025 with a hub in Nashville, and Oregon in 2026. Clients stay an average of eight years and change, which is the number the whole company is measured on.
